if placing on a water bottle or other item that may come into contact with water, it is recommended that the item is hand washed to preserve the sticker for as long as possible.

Ours stickers are for INDOOR USE ONLY! While our stickers are created with high quality paper and lamination, they are not weather resistant and will fade if left in direct sunlight. Stickers should be placed on items that will not be left outdoors for long periods of time. Returns/refunds will not be accepted due to weather related damage. 

All sticker orders are *USUALLY* processed same day or next day, however, we are also first responders! So depending on the time of year, processing and shipping times may vary depending on busy times of year and holidays. Stickers are sent via USPS letter mail. If you do not receive your order within two weeks of it being shipped, please reach out to us.

Returns will only be accepted if the item arrived to you damaged or incomplete. Returns/refunds will not be accepted for damage to stickers done over time due to weather or water. If your order arrives with an issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right in a timely manner.
